By accessing or using MythEcho (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MythEcho and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as explicitly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

If you submit content to the Service (where available), you represent that you have the necessary rights to do so and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the Service.

The Service may reference third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

In any event, our total liability for all claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for use of the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
