How do I get started with MythEcho courses? Onboarding

Pick a track, set a weekly rhythm, and follow the narrative prompts.

Start by choosing a track (fiction, brand storytelling, or personal narrative). Each lesson has a “prompt → draft → revision” loop: you’ll write small pieces, receive structured guidance, and practice techniques that compound over time.

  • Set a weekly schedule (e.g., 2 sessions × 45 minutes).
  • Follow prompts in order; don’t skip revisions.
  • Use the Q&A sessions to unblock your next draft.
Who is MythEcho for? Fit

Beginners, creators, marketers, and anyone shaping a story with intention.

MythEcho is built for people who want practical narrative skill, not vague inspiration. If you’re writing fiction, building a personal brand, producing video scripts, or crafting product stories, you’ll get repeatable frameworks and drills.

If you already have an advanced editorial workflow, you can still use MythEcho as a structured practice system to increase output quality under constraints.

How much time should I plan per week? Schedule

Most learners progress with 2–4 hours weekly.

Plan 2–4 hours per week for steady improvement. A good baseline is:

  • 45–60 minutes: lesson + examples
  • 45–60 minutes: drafting
  • 30–60 minutes: revision with checklist
  • Optional: 20 minutes: share + ask one targeted question
Do you offer refunds? Billing

Yes—refunds depend on plan type and usage.

We aim to be fair. If a purchase doesn’t match expectations, submit a request via the form on this page with your order email. We’ll review eligibility based on plan type, time since purchase, and content usage.

To speed things up, include: order email, approximate purchase date, and the reason (so we can improve the curriculum).

Do I get a certificate after completion? Progress

Completion certificates depend on track and participation.

Some tracks include a certificate once you finish required modules and submit a final piece (or pass a short rubric review). If certificates matter for you (portfolio, employer, or cohort), mention it in your question and we’ll point you to the best track.

Can I access the lessons on mobile and desktop? Access

Yes—everything is designed to work across devices.

Yes. The course interface is responsive and works on mobile, tablet, and desktop. For writing exercises, we recommend a keyboard, but you can still complete prompts on mobile.

If you’re on a restrictive network, try switching to a different connection and contact support if anything doesn’t load.

Do you provide audio versions or downloads? Content

Some lessons include audio; availability varies by module.

Some lessons include audio playback. Download options depend on licensing for that module. If you need offline access for accessibility or travel, use the “Ask a question” form with the module name and we’ll tell you what’s possible.

Do you have team or studio plans? Teams

Yes—if you need shared goals, reporting, or onboarding.

Team plans can include shared cohorts, structured onboarding, and a consistent story framework across writers. If you’re evaluating for a studio or a marketing team, tell us your team size and goals; we’ll recommend a plan and rollout timeline.

Can I change the email on my account? Account

Yes—send a request and verify both addresses.

Yes. Use the form and include your current email plus your new email. For security, we may ask you to confirm from both addresses. If you no longer have access to the old inbox, mention that and include any billing details you can safely share (approximate date, last 4 digits if applicable).

Something isn’t loading—what should I try first? Troubleshooting

Quick steps: refresh, try private window, disable blockers.

  • Refresh the page and wait 10 seconds.
  • Open in a private/incognito window.
  • Disable ad blockers or strict tracking protection for a moment.
  • Try another network (mobile hotspot) if you suspect a firewall.
  • If it’s still broken, send your browser + device details in the form.
